DIMDEX 2012 not only gives you an opportunity to rub shoulders with the who’s who in the Defence industry but also gives you your space- literally!
We know how much an Exhibitor wants to leverage on the visitorship and participation of trade professionals and Exhibitors from all over the world in DIMDEX 2012. And that is why we have specially created a set of affordable meeting rooms and a briefing area especially for Exhibitors of DIMDEX 2012 that are catered to suit your preference and target groups.
(1) Exhibitors Meeting Room
The Exhibitors Meeting Rooms, located at the Mezzanine level of Exhibition Hall 3, offer a conducive setting for a small and private group discussion. Equipped with a meeting table and chairs, it is ideal for a private discussion of not more than 6 people.
Booking of the meeting room can be made by completed the attached Form 15 Meeting room and emailing back to info@dimdex.com. Each 45 minutes slot cost USD$300 but it will be yours for only USD$250 if you book it before 28th February 2012.
(2) Industry Briefing Area
The Industry Briefing Area is an ideal platform for Exhibitors of DIMDEX 2012 to present and showcase the latest and newest in your product range to a bigger audience. It is strategically located between Hall 4 and 5 to ensure high visibility and prominence among the delegates, exhibitors and visitors to DIMDEX 2012.
It is equipped with the standard Audio Visual equipment so you can make the best out of your presentation. Best of all, each 30 minutes slot is going at only USD$350 if you book it before 28th February 2012. - Please note that the bookings are only confirmed once you’ve received a confirmation email from the Organiser.
- Exhibitors are to furnish the confirmation email when making payment at the Registration Counter during the Exhibition’s opening hours.
- Payments modes are cash or credit card only.

- The rooms/ area will be opened for booking to other Exhibitors if payment is not being made an hour before the confirmed time-slot.
